The AHTS is please to announce our next in person course -  Introduction to The Sensory Analysis of Honey - Level l. The course will be held on  May 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2025 in Weston, Connecticut. Class runs Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Class size is limited to 25 students. Lunch on the premises will be included all 4 days.

This is an official course and students who attend all 4 days of this course will be awarded a certificate of completion which will be recognized by the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. This allows you to take the next 2 courses in Bologna.
